At TumTim, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to permanently delete their account and associated personal information.
How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account directly from the TumTim mobile application.
Steps
- Open the TumTim App.
- Login to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
- Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following information will be permanently deleted:
- User Profile
- Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address
- Saved Addresses
- Wishlist
- Shopping Cart
- Toy Preferences
- Order Preferences
- Personal Information
- Account Settings
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained if required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Order History
- Invoice Records
- Transaction History
- Tax Records
- Return & Refund Records
- Information required for fraud prevention
- Information required for legal and regulatory compliance
Deletion Timeline
Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
